What is the minimum order quantity?
Most Yiwu booths accept small MOQs, and we combine products from many suppliers. A first order of around $2,000–$3,000 is a good starting point.
Can I get samples before ordering?
Yes. We collect samples from several suppliers and send them by express so you can compare before the bulk order.
Can you buy from suppliers I found myself?
Yes. We can follow up, inspect and consolidate goods from any supplier you choose.
Payment & fees
How do I pay?
Usually a 30% deposit and 70% before shipment, by T/T bank transfer. We pay suppliers on your behalf.
What does your service fee include?
Sourcing, negotiation, order follow-up, quality inspection, consolidation and export documents. See our fees.
Quality & shipping
How do you control quality?
Our QC team inspects goods before shipment and sends you photos and videos. Defects are fixed before loading.
How long does shipping take?
Sea freight 20–40 days, air freight 5–10 days, express 3–7 days, depending on destination.
Do you ship door-to-door?
Yes, we offer DDP door-to-door delivery to many countries, including duties and taxes.
